Use this stainless steel thimble as an insert for both wire and rope eyes. It is very heavy and well made. This product is able to take the high-stress loads of a taut foresail luff.
Type 316 stainless steel, for 1/16"- 1/8" rope/wire diameter.

Verified Purchase
The wrong size thimble was sent with the right size stamped on it. When I explained this to sailrite they turned it around as though I don’t have a clue. I’ll go somewhere else from now on.
