I am still waiting on receiving this product.
First transaction with Sailrite didn't turn out well
I received the wrong screws and when tightened up one bottomed out and sheared off in the ring before the plate was tight to the ring. With no way to extract the broken off screw I now have to buy a new ring and the correct screws. The screw in the center of the pic is the original. The threads were correct and I figured the extra length was to help keep the screws from backing out. So no, my first purchase from Sailrite did not go well.
