Bad packaging for shipping
The items were shipped folded into a box. The packaging says do not fold mats but here they are sending them like that. I tried folding the mats the opposite direction and putting weight on top of them to get them straightened out. There’s still a hump where they go up. I figured paying $18 for shipping. They put it in an appropriate box. I’m working on fixing them still due to the hassle of returning, but if they don’t straighten out, they will be going back.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Please let us know if it does not flatten out and we will replace it. It is normal for us to ship these in a loose curl and it does take a week or so for them to flatten out on their own.
