The Sailrite® Canvas Patterning Ruler is a multiuse tool specifically designed for Sailrite. This ruler will allow you to pattern perfect circles with a set radius, as well as scribe a line a set distance from the edge of the fabric. Made of clear acrylic with holes every quarter inch, this ruler is lightweight and easy to work with.
To draw circles: First, set your anchor in the centering point just below the metal lip. Determine the radius of your circle (half the diameter), insert your drawing utensil into the proper hole and go!
To scribe a line: First, determine where you want to draw your line along the fabric edge. Set the ruler's lipped metal edge against the edge of the fabric, insert your drawing utensil into the proper hole and go!
