Description
Iosso® Mold & Mildew Stain Remover gets rid of dirt, oils and algae stains on vinyl, plastic, canvas, carpeting, wood, fiberglass, sails and painted surfaces. This mold and mildew stain remover does not contain bleach or chlorine, making it safe on colors and fabrics. One jar of this biodegradable, nontoxic powder makes 3 gallons of solution. Each gallon covers 150 square feet.
Size: 12 oz. jar
To Use: Mix one scoop of powder per one quart of water. The mixture will turn blue. Stir the solution until the color disappears. Wet down your surface to be washed with water. Apply solution using a sponge, brush, or sprayer. Let stand for at least 15 minutes and then sponge or brush lightly. Rinse with water.

Did the job in one try!
I had some stubborn mold and mildew stains in some nylon outdoor items (eg packable hammock) that would NOT come out with my usual methods or with products I bought at my local hardware store. After some googling, I came across a Sailrite blog post and decided to give it a try. This stuff is amazing and by far the most effective mold and mildew stain remover I have tried. I'm excited to have found this product!

great product
This is the greatest mildew remover product I have ever used. Spray it on and it seems to melt all of the mildew and mold away. Leaves everything looking like new. Have told all of my friends about it.

Really pleased with first results but will need a second application on heavy mildew item.
It wasn't what I expected. I used it and mixed it according to the instructions. Didn't even try to bring the mildew stain up. I even applied it overnight.. no difference.. would I recommend it? Absolutely not..it may clean mild mildew..but not heavy.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Our use of the product here at Sailrite has been successful. But we don’t doubt that there are cases where the stain is so embedded that such products may not be the solution. We cleaned a sail by soaking it one time and where the mildew was buried in the corner patch layers it was not very effective. But everywhere else it did a great job. If you can provide more details on the item being cleaned and what it is made of we might have another more aggressive suggestion for you.
