Description
Pillows add a unique, finished look to your existing décor. This square pillow insert is great for DIY sewing projects! Simply use the fabric of your choice to sew a square pillow cover and add this soft, durable insert for a finished look. This pillow insert can be used for both interior home décor projects, outdoor patio projects and interior boat cabin projects.
These indoor/outdoor pillows are water-resistant, giving them increased longevity. They're made with a garnetted fiber, which is a material stuffed into the pillow and processed in a way that ensures these pillows have more body, less compression over time and higher overall quality. A perfect choice for your next DIY!
Note: Pillow dimensions are measured flat before the pillow is stuffed. These pillows are hand-sewn in the United States; therefore, there might be slight variation in the finished dimensions. To check pillow measurements, lay a tape measure across the middle of your pillow, where it's fullest, from seam to seam.
Please Note: Laundering pillow insert in a washing machine is not recommended.

How to Make an Envelope Throw Pillow
This is by far the easiest way to make a throw pillow cover. This pillow cover features an envelope closure opening on the backside to allow the pillow insert to be installed inside the pillow cover. This pillow cover is made from one complete plate instead of multiple plates making construction easy and fast. Because the envelope opening is rather deep it virtually eliminates the gap typically found on envelope throw pillows that do not use a button.
Reviews
Comfortable pillow
Nicely filled and firm, yet comfortable.
Porch Perfect!
I ordered five of these inserts for some porch pillows I made using the how-to guide on the Sailrite website. All the inserts measured 18” square and were perfect for my project. Inserts were vacuum-packed but fluffed up nicely soon after opening.

Would certainly recommend
I ordered these pillows to fill covers I had ordered through a different company. They fit perfectly! I am so impressed with the quickness in which they were shipped and the efficient packaging! Thank you!
Pillow forms just right
These pillow forms are just the right amount of fluffy while still holding their shape. I used Sailrite's How to Sew a Throw Pillow instructions on YouTube to make these beautiful pillows. I'm very pleased.
so soft
nice density
When stuffing the pillow into my pillow cover my thumb went through the thin outer layer of the insert.
Outdoor pillow
Haven't been able to use it yet. Can't say much.
Pillows only measured 17 1/2 X 17 1/2, I was unable to use for project
Sailrite Response
Sailrite compresses all pillow forms to save you money on shipping. That does mean that when you unpack them there is a period of time you must wait for them to fully fluff up to their normal loft. Once fully lofted, they are measured from seam to seam.
