This is a hand stretcher used in upholstery work to catch the webbing close to the frame through leverage. The Gooseneck Webbing Stretcher has a hickory hardwood handle and a nickel-plated ferrule. It is an ambidextrous tool making it equally efficient for either the left or right hand. The gooseneck handle provides plenty of leverage and extra stability.
